NairaGods operates as a private limited liability company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 and is regulated by applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria. Our shares are not listed on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX), and are only available through private placements to approved investors in compliance with Nigerian law.

Shareholder Rights

Right to attend and vote at Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Extraordinary Meetings.
Rights to Health & Financial insurance (terms applied)
Rights to first class Job oppotunities from all projects
Right to receive declared dividends proportionate to shareholding.
Right to inspect company statutory books as permitted by law.
Right to transfer or sell shares subject to Board approval.
Right to participate in future private placements or rights issues.

Terms & Conditions

Share purchases are subject to Board approval and compliance with CAMA 2020. Minimum entry threshold: ₦100,000 (One hundred Thousand Naira). Shares are non-tradable on the public market but transferable to other private investors with company approval.
